Another new band that have played a handful of excellent shows so far. stripped down east coast inspired hardcore.
Our take: More British Columbian hardcore from the Slow Death label. Policy of Truth have a sound that kind of falls on the border between a more modern hardcore sound and the tough, Negative Approach-influenced skinhead hardcore of bands like Firing Squad and Violent Reaction. There seems to be a little scene emerging of bands like this who have those telltale Negative Approach and Agnostic Front influences, but aren't afraid of a slightly more modern production style... along with Policy of Truth, I'd also put Lock and Scalped in that camp. In other words, this is a real pit-clearer.
