An Official Reissue of the only vinyl output from this Goth / Death Rock outfit out of Bakersfield,Ca. Originally released in 1984 by the band, in an edition of 500 copies and long out of print for over 25 years. Recorded at the legendary Casbah Studios and featuring artwork by Art Morales, the connection to Southern California is strong with our Bakersfield brethren. But make no mistake Burning Image's sound was from the underworld with A strong nod to the UK's Bat Cave scene as well as California's Christian Death and 45 Grave, The group stuck out vividly forging a legacy of their own. This reissue has been remastered loud and powerful, recapturing the original packaging and sound.
