Chile's IGNORANTES have been rapidly boiling in the underbelly of South American Punk since 2009. With several releases under their belt, their authentic raspy 80's punk and simplistic, primitive aggression puts them (In our opinion) even above classical bands like ATAQUE FRONTAL or I.R.A. Charged with harsh and at times satirical lyrics sung in spanish, they reflect upon destructive everyday politics and social aspects of their own experiences.
Through dirty DIY 6-track recordings, a wall of noise and super catchy song writing IGNORANTES finally blosommed to the international punk scene with their cassette demo BUENA ONDA a few years ago and have been tourng extensively since then. CON LA CAMISETA PUESTA does not depart from their in-your-face destroyed punk path, but amplifies it with 15 new tracks of no-compromise snotty, hyperrapid and catchy hardcore punk in a way no other current band except maybe Barcelona's PIÑEN and New York's POBREZA MENTAL is able to capture.
