Benzoil's second release, "Dip Flashes (FW25)", was originally conceived as a request to record some bed music for pal Tom Dash's radio show "Dot Dash Radio" on WFMU. It was decided that track "SA07" would be used for the bed music after a number of compositions were recorded. To celebrate Fuzzy Warbles 25th release (Benzoil had the honor of debuting the label's first release) a few more tracks were added and "Dip Flashes (FW25)" was conceived. The title was inspired by the lyrics to the song "Dot Dash" by Wire.
