Active since late 2025, Requeson have been regularly performing all across Slovenia and beyond, with their first release “De pies” coming in autumn of 2026. Although hailing from the underground scene of MKNŽ, they are now active within the DIY music collective KL3T Kolektiv, based in the Rožna dolina student campus in Ljubljana, where they practice and help create DIY music events. By the time of their first release “De pies” they have visited underground stages of Slovenia and Croatia.
The band describes their raw sound as hardcore punk, although they have been expanding their horizons since forming and have been intensively writing new material. Their lyrics are mostly in Spanish and focus on societal ills and their own attitudes towards them, complimenting their increasingly aggressive sound with the political edge needed for a sonic bombshell of the upcoming “De pies”.
