Hello and welcome to another edition of the Sorry State Records newsletter! We have a lot of cool stuff for you this week. It’s not one of the biggest updates we’ve had in terms of quantity of releases, but in terms of quality it’s difficult to think of a recent time when so many killer new releases hit the shop at once. Our Record of the Week is the new tape from Chris Ulsh’s solo d-beat project Bloody Flag, but we also have the highly anticipated debut LP from Philly’s early Grave, a new tape from Sorry State’s own Plastique Pigs, a new release from New York rippers Mercy on Roach Leg Records, a couple of very cool new titles on Feel It, some sick Dutch imports, good old-fashioned American hardcore, and lots more. And we have a big stack of staff picks this week to let you know what the SSR staff has been rocking this past week. Let’s do the thing!
