Confuse: Indignation 12"

euro import

Another Confuse reissue rolls off the ever-busy European record presses, and this time around we get Indignation, the band's 1984 cassette reissued on a blazing 12". While not quite as developed as the band's official vinyl release, Indignation is raw, vicious, and incredibly energetic... while I prefer the band's later stuff, it's undeniable that this recording in particular has been hugely influential among the modern generation of "noise punk" bands, and as per usual the original is significantly more arresting than most of the modern copies.
