Debut LP from this much talked-about Australian band. I really loved this band's earlier singles and the LP does strike me as a little bit different on first listen... it's a bit more produced and the songs are mostly super upbeat. It reminds me a lot of Devo's Duty Now for the Future album, but without their aggressive quirkiness. Still, it sounds very Australian (bits of it certainly a bit of a UV Race vibe), but more upbeat and poppy than I usually associate with the stuff out of that country. Definitely a keeper here!
