Alone in a Crowd: S/T 7"
Reissue of the lone, highly-collectible 7" by this short-lived NYHC band featuring Jules from Side by Side on vocals. There's a reason this is so highly regarded, as it's really a cut above... it kind of straddles the line between the youth crew sound and the Breakdown-type later NYHC sound, but the energy level is much more explosive than I really associate with either of those genres. There's also a hint of melody a la Chain of Strength or early Turning Point... tough guys won't like that, but I always like a little bit of that with my youth crew stuff so I'm down. All in all a great reissue, but why'd they have to mess with the artwork?
