Latest album from this Seattle band that has several previous releases on Iron Lung. From the beginning they've been combining ferocious hardcore with dense and discordant noise rock, retaining the intensity of the former and the ambition and drive of the latter to great effect. They've really outdone themselves on this latest release, though, which writhes, churns, and pulls you in 8 directions at once while still remaining insanely catchy and memorable. Also, in a day and age of short 12" EPs this one is a long, engrossing listen. From the always-reliable Iron Lung Records.
